Government school teacher arrested for raping student

UJJAIN: A government school teacher in Ujjain district was arrested on Tuesday on charges of raping a student.
According to police sources, the victim is an 11 year old student of government primary school at village Aslawada. She had complained that on October 2, teacher Niyaz khan had asked her to remain in school after school hours in the evening.The victim said that the teacher then took her inside a class and raped her.
The Ingoria Police registered a case under section 376 of the IPC and the medical examination of the victim was done.
